Personal perks

Personal perks are perks that directly affect you the main character!

These perks can do many things, but overall these perks usually give the main character abilities or skills that normally take people lifetimes to gain and master!

Most of the time these perks will have no real requirement outside of reaching a certain level or ensuring that your SPECIAL stats met the needed physical requirements! Despite this, if you decide to invest into these perks, you will often gain amazing and incredible abilites or new possible avenues of exploration throughout the chain of islands that make up Cartoon City!
