People start showing up

The doorbell rings, and in walks a group of five high schoolers, carrying coolers of drinks, speakers and lights. They are followed by group after group. All of them greeting Nick and Jessica, sharing thanks for hosting and then setting up in the living room. Eventually there is music booming from the living room and people cheering and laughing.

"Hey Nick help us set this up before it gets dark!" A voice comes in from the other room, down the hall.

"Duty calls," Nick says, leaning over and up and kissing Jessica who is still sitting on the counter, "ill be right back."

"So anyone planning on getting laid tonight?" Jake laughs, breaking the silence since Nick left.

"And this is where i leave." Audrey says, hopping off the counter and walking away.

"Ditto." Jessica says following close behind.

"I guess im with them." Chloe gets off the counter and scurries away.

"What about you?" Jake smiles, elbowing Nathan next to him.

"Eh, if i get the chance i guess." He says swirling around his drink and looking distantly across the kitchen.

"Oh trust me, there'll be plenty of opportunities." Jake laughs.

"Remember, only rule tonight is if there's a mistletoe, you got to kiss the person!" Nick yells from the other room.

Author's note: so i have 3 main branches im planning and thats about it. Also im thinking of doing a school branch thats seperate from this
