You ring the bell on the counter. In the back you hear a couple of boxes fall over and an old woman with grey hair and an old floral dress enters through a side door.

“How can I be of service?” The woman asks.

“I’d like a use of that wand,” you say.

“Are you trained in the use of a wand? The woman asks looking you up and down.
