This is a multiverse vampire story, that starts in a universe, that gets the first victim fanged by some sort of virus.
After the first drains and turns those of their choice, they develop, or find some one who can, through some means to travel to other dimensions/universe 's , but the problem is it's one way, until they can recreate the travel method by some means or another.
