Outer Scouts

The New commers and a little older than the Inners, the Outer scouts maybe a little tougher to tame.

Hotaru: Timid, meek, and adorable. Hotaru has had a rough life so far but that can change due to your love. Hotaru is physcially frail so she make tire easily but she is eager to please.
Transforms into Sailor Saturn weilds a Glaive in combat and is capable of destroying the world if neccessary.

Micharu: Sweet, loving, and a great musician. Micharu has a gentle dispasition with blue-green hair. She's also the lover of Haraku so watch out.
Transforms into Sailor Neptune, uses water based attacks and has a mirror that allows her to view events happening elsewhere.

Haraku: Tomboyish and competive Haraku will make anything into a contest. With short cut blond hair and smallish breasts Haraku has little trouble posing as a man at time. She is also Micharu's lesbian lover.
Transforms into Sailor Uranus, uses wind based attacks and weilds a mean saber.

Setsuana: Mysterious, elegant and possible older than dirt. Setsuana guards the gates of time, a device that allows time travel and the future to be glimced. As a result of her vigil Setsuana is extremly lonly. Some say that she has been guarding the gates for over 1,000 years. Can you reach her lonely heart?
Transforms into Sailor Pluto, uses energy based attacks and weilds a mean staff.
