Ushering Celine in, you tell her to wait in your couch before slipping into the kitchen to pretend you are making a call.

"Oh hello Sam? What do you mean you can't come?" You talked into your phone, making sure that Celine can hear you from the living room. "It's a pity then. Bye."

"Who was that? Celine asked you as you walked into the room. "She tells me she can't come today. Something important came up."

"What? That settles it then." Celine says dejectedly. "I suppose I have to go."

"Oh come on. Why don't you stay for a while? At least wait until I get you something to eat."

"I can't Michael. What will people say if they learned that a boy and a girl who are in separate relationships are left in an apartment alone?"

"What are you saying Celine? Do you mean something like this?"
