On your knees

Sarah jams the back of your knee with her foot, then pushes your body forward. You fall onto your knees, not-so-gently dropping them onto the cold, hard stone floor underneath you. You feel the rope around your balls being pulled again, pulling you down more and leaving you sitting on your feet, and hear what sounds like a metal ring on the floor between your legs being manipulated. A few tugs later, you realize that your balls have been tied to the ring.

The cuffs on your wrists are pushed up your arm a bit in order to make room for some coarse rope to be tied tightly around them. You feel your wrists being pulled back and tied to another metal ring, preventing you from bending forward or to the side.

You hear Sarah's voice from right behind your right ear. “Would you like to beg for mercy now, or do I have to make you?”
