Ok on a few conditions

"I don't see a problem with it Sam but I need to know a few things first." you say

"Ok" she replies.

"I need to talk to Brian and make absolutely sure he is cool with this. Me and Brian go way back and I don't want him making a hasty decision like this and it causing problems between me and him down the road. I know how paranoid a man can get when he is deployed and the last thing I want is for him to think you and I are knocking boots. That kind of thing will get a man killed over there."

"He already said he was alright with it, but if it will make you feel better then you can talk to him all you want." she said, her excitement slightly diminished but still at a high level. "Ok what else?"

"You won't be allowed to have guys over, and if I find out you do, even if they are just friends, I'm going to have to tell Brian and you won't be able to stay here anymore." you say trying to sound firm but having a hard time doing it for some reason.

"Um ok." she sounds offended.

"Not that I think you're some slut or anything, I just don't want people talking and I don't want Brian to think I condone it. It will already be hard enough convincing the neighbors that you and I aren't sleeping together." you laugh.

"Who cares what the neighbors think, it's none of their business even if you and I were fucking." she says calmly, and then starts smiling and looks away.

"Well true." you agree uneasily

"Anything else?" she asks, her excitement returning

"Just one more thing." you pause for a minute. "Under no circumstances can you and I drink when we are alone together." you cough clearing your throat. "Just so that we make sure nothing can happen."

"Jesus James, you make it sound like the only thing you or I think about is sex. All of your conditions revolve around preventing me from having sex with you or someone else." she laughs

"Yeah that's pretty much it." you laugh back

"Well I shouldn't have any problems, I've got enough toys and porn vids to get me through the year. I might share if you get lonely. Haha." she says teasingly.

"Alright, after I talk to Brian and square everything away we'll get you moved in."
