Off to the professor's lab

You make your way over to Professor Oak's lab.

As you enter, a gust of cool air hits your face. You see the room inhabited by a few men in labcoats and some machines too complicated for any normal person to control. Further back, there is the professor standing and facing his grandson in a conversation. To the right there is a bookshelf and to the left a desk covered with two encyclopedia-like devices and a Professor Oak's PC. In front of the bookshelf, there is a table with three orb-shaped trinkets placed atop it.

You walk forward over to the professor and begin to hear his conversation with Blue.

"Come on, gramps! Just give me my pokemon already!"

"Not yet Blue! You just have to wait for...Ah! There you are Red!

Blue looks over you with an annoyed look. "'Bout time you showed up, slowpoke."

"Now, the reason I called you both here today is because you are now of age to go on your very own pokemon adventures! To prepare you for the journey, I will let you both choose one of the three starter pokemon on that table over there."

"Finally! I can get my own pokemon! Hurry up and choose yours Red. Clearly the one you want will be the weakest one!"

You walk over to the table.
