4th Period

Miss Long hurried back to her room for 4th period. Not that she had students there. 4th period for her combined a series of lunch "waves." Because the school was so large numerous students had to go in waves to the lunch. Miss Long considered herself lucky because her lunch wave combined with the last part of her planning period. Sometimes she could sneak away to grab a bite to eat or go home and return if she forgot something or just needed to get out of the school. She tided herself up a bit more once in her room, checked her makeup and fixed any blemishes. As she sat doing her makeup she check her emails with a cursory glance. She saw an email labeled "URGENT OPEN NOW!"

*click click* she double tapped her mouse to open the email.

"Miss Long--during 5th period you are to report to the Campus Studio to help create a snippet for the HSN clip. DO NOT BE LATE. This is direct from the superintendent."

The email address said sexyboi1460 but it was very specific so she made a mental note. The HSN was the High School News, the school's own audio visual department which had a mock studio like a late night TV show which hosted news for the week. Everyone watched it on their projectors or smart boards just before the end of the day. It was quite a progressive school and they had lots of funding to support the arts. Miss Long was interested in what she would need to do for the HSN show.

She was surprised at how much she had already done today. This new Sex Education course was going to be rough. She could hardly believe that there would be so much actual sex involved. When would she get a textbook? Couldn't she at least get some worksheets or pointers or professional development or something. Well it was her first day at it, so there were bound to be some bumps along the way. One thing was for sure, she was hungry. She had a mini fridge hidden behind her desk and she had brought a lunch, but she also sometimes liked to grab a bite from the cafeteria--the food wasn't all that bad. Sometimes it was even tasty. She checked the school's website for the lunch menu.

It was Corn-dogs. She had a salad in her mini fridge and normally tried to watch her figure by eating the green stuff...
