Of course... Batman

You swim through the ocean to avoid detection by the League, it's a bit difficult carrying the pod, but you manage.

It takes about an hour, but you make it to Gotham, you know Batman hangs out here, you also recall Zatanna referring to him as "Bruce", you know Batman has technology and weapons that are extremely expensive, and you know only one company in Gotham has the ability to make that sort of technology, a mixture of powerful and non-lethal, Waynetech, owned by Bruce Wayne.

You fly to Wayne Manor, landing just outside the door, you knock on the door, a few moments later, the butler answers the door, he looks up and down at you before saying:

Alfred: May I help you, sir?

You: I apologize for the interruption, but I need to speak to Mr Wayne.

Alfred: Very well sir, and whom may I say is asking for him?

You: Necro

Alfred: Wait here a moment sir.

You: Of course

You wait for a couple of minutes, admiring the sunset.

Bruce: Necro, please come in, and bring whatever that is in with you.

Luckily the doors are quite large, so you easily get the pod inside.

Bruce: First things first, how did you know who I was?

You explain briefly how you figured it out.

Bruce: I told Zatanna to stop saying my name out loud, now more importantly, what is this and why shouldn't I tell the League where you are?

You: I think one answer will work for both those questions.

You explain why you left the League, what you said to Zatanna, how you returned to the lab, and how your "daughter" came to be, while you were telling the story the two of you ventured down to the Batcave, where Bruce put on his night clothes.

Batman: I see, so since she's an imperfect clone, and the good doctor abandoned her, does that mean she doesn't have your powers?

You: she has most of the same abilities I have, though they aren't as powerful, the doctor abandoned her because A) she wasn't as strong as me, and B) because his programming wasn't getting through to her.

Batman: If the programming not getting through is why he abandoned her, why didn't he abandon you?

You: The programming DID get through to me, I just chose to reject it, but I didn't want Kinetra to go through that, so I blocked the programming telepathically, and taught her my way of thinking, my morals.

Batman: So why did you come to me?

You: I want her to remain a secret, at least for now, I won't see her used as a weapon, neither by my creator, nor the League, whatever happens, I want her to choose, I know nowhere else I could bring her where I knew she would be safe and secret.

Batman: Alright then, so shall we open her pod?

You: Not quite yet, I have a promise to keep, can you call Zatanna at the Watch Tower and tell her to come down here, don't mention my name, after my having a date with her and then her coming back empty handed I'm sure she is being monitored.

Batman: Understood.

A few minutes later Zatanna teleports down.

Zatanna: What is it Bruce, are you gonna give me a hard time about this too?

Batman: Not exactly.

He points to you, next to the pod.

Zatanna: ... Necro

She runs over and gives you a hug, before pulling back for a kiss.

Zatanna: It's so good to see you, what did you... do

She sees the pod. You explain in detail the situation, just as you did with Batman.

Zatanna: So you have a daughter?

You: Not... exactly but yes.

Zatanna: So... can I meet her?

You: Yes, that's why I wanted you here, you showed how much you trust me, now I show how much I trust you.

You walk up to the pod and activate it. The pod opens slowly, letting out a cold burst of steam, and out walks Kinetra, she is shorter than you, only 5'6", her face is distinctly more feminine than yours, and her body has far more curves, she has a perfect hourglass figure, with D size boobs and a firm ass, while your skin and wings are dark blue, hers are more of a dark purple colour.
