Oblivious weight

Derpy is many things. A hard worker, if a clumsy one, a great mother to Dinky, lovably goofy, but most of all she's oblivious. This is put to the test when Derpy begins to put on weight. How she hadn't sooner with her diet of various muffins only was a mystery as grand as how she managed to achieve even her unsteady flight with eyes like hers. But indeed she was getting rounder yet she didn't notice not one of her extra pounds. Dinky doesn't care, her mom's her mom, no matter how big, while Derpy's friends just can't bring themselves to tell her. And so the spectacle goes on as Derpy acts as if she was thin as ever while having even more trouble flying, fitting snugger and snugger through doorways, eating enough muffins for all of Ponyville to have one each, and some how not noticing herself in any mirror, or reflection in general. Will it take her getting stuck in her front door to finally see? Who knows.
