ν-No.13- is one of many clones of Blazblue's main protagonist, Ragna's sister. Saya. ν is a Murakumo Unit, an artificial human created with the purpose of studying/moving through the Boundary, an infinite space composed of all possibilities and data. ν-No.13- is specifically an Anti-Sankinshin weapon, being designed to combat three units with unimaginable power over time. ν has a mostly robotic personality for the most part despite her body being made of flesh and blood, though a sadistic side of her sometimes slips out on occasion. ν's personality vastly changes when in the presence of Ragna, becoming more emotional and talking to him in a very yandere-like sexual way... Despite the fact the two are siblings. ν-No.13- is special amongst Murakumo Units in that she holds the second half of the Azure Grimoire in her right eye, meaning her main goal is to fuse with Ragna and pull him into the boundary so that the two of them can go back in time in order to become the Black Beast and wreak havoc on Earth, essentially creating a time loop that'll eventually be broken.
