Nothing happens

As Michael and Mary arrived at the base uneventfully they were greeted with smiles and kind words, as Mary left the humvee someone grabbed her shoulder and guided her to the barracks, as she saw her sleeping quarters she gasped surprised that it was a double size bed as opposed to the standard issue twin size, it even had her name inscribed on the side of the frame, then she heard a voice she hadn't heard in years say "Nice digs, right?" Then she turned her head to see who it was...
