You are left waiting for 10 minutes. However you know why you are left waiting, the owner of the house is just next doors so you can hear his thoughts. He doesn't know who you are and he apparently is very nervous about visitors. Well, it was justified in this case.

Eventually the servant returns and asks you to step into the room. You oblige and move into Mr. Milfords office. Like the rest of the mansion this office looks like some kind of movie prop. But beggars can’t be choosers so you decide to get straight to the point. “You will give me half your money and the ownership of this mansion.” A quick use of your powers and all he asks is. “Can I have your bank information?”

You give him all that he needs to make the necessary appointments. “You may now leave.” You say merciful, as he turns to leave you remember something. “Oh, and you will continue to pay the servants for this mansion.” Mr. Milford just nods and exits his office.
