Sheila looks around her office, trying to find a way to disagree with John. But as she takes in her books on sex, the bed in the corner, how empty the top of her desk is, the framed articles on how "innovative" her methods of psychiatry are, she knows that she can't. She smiles at him, gauging how much she could turn him on with just that.

From his expression, he seems unaffected, but from the giant bulge in his pants it's clear that it worked. She'd seen plenty of bulges in her time, at least a dozen every time she leaves the house, but none like that. Not to mention that she's seen it unwrapped plenty too. It truly is enormous. "Well yes, you should know from personal experience. We've had sex to clear up many of your own difficulties right here."

"Yes, but we're here today to talk about you. Now, please tell me about your boyfriend and how he thinks of your practice."

She smiles wistfully. "Well, Jake is a good guy. We met online, which was great because I knew he fell for me before he ever saw me. He's handsome and kind and smart. And he doesn't mind that I have sex with my patients, since it's just for their well being. It isn't cheating so long as it's just part of the job."

John rolls his eyes. "Yes, very sweet. But you don't stick to just therapy sex, do you?"
