Not as he had hoped, but bye-bye Danzō

John decided to Use Kotoamatsukami on Danzō to make him confess to attacking Shisui and Convincing Itachi to Massacre The Clan. Wasn't as successful as he'd hoped, Kotoamatsukami didn't Work at all, the only thing that could do that to such a Powerful Genjutsu was a fully matured Sharingan. He decided to show the Memory of what happened to Shikaku Nara, Ibiki Morino, and Lord Hokage.

When the three learned that Danzō tried to steal Shisui's Sharingan, they Had him promptly Arrested. Even Lord Homura and Lady Koharu were in shock at his audacity. Danzō was sentenced to ****, and executed immeadiately. For his aid and role in bringing it before Them, John was given command of Root, he decided that he would restructure it and that the members would be transferred into Normal Teams, but as spies. He still kept the Cursed Tongue Eradication Seals on Roots members, and gave certain members the Cursed Seals of Heaven and Earth. He also developed several new Cursed Seals of his own design, he created the Cursed Seals of Power, Pressure, Storms, The Slug, Toad, Snake, Current, Whirlwind, Inferno, Qaukes, and Forests. He designed the Cursed Seal of Currents to Enhance the Power of Water-Style, while the Seal of Whirlwind's would enhance the Power of Wind-Style, and you canimagine the Powers of the Seals of Inferno, Qaukes, and Forests.

With his appointment as an ANBU Commander it was no longer necessary to remain part of a Team, especially since Itachi was squad leader and had defected from the village, that presented a problem. With no teacher their team was no longer eligible for the Exams, and couldn't become a team of Chūnin. So the Hokage arranged for a Jonnin to take over command of the Squad Temporarily.
