Escape?
Not a chance.
The lord looks back, letting out a small sigh. He doesn’t try to stop her, or block her way, but as soon as she passes him, he whips his cane around and hooks it around her ankle, pulling her leg from underneath her. She crashes to ground, skidding to a stop, air suddenly rushing out of her lungs. The man takes a quick, long strife and places his hand onto her shoulder just as she was about to push herself up off the ground. He presses his thumb into her shoulder blade, causing her to cry out in pain and keeping her down, onto her hands and knees.
“Collar.” he calmly called out to the slaver, who swiftly scuttled over, not very much unlike a beetle. The fat man places the collar around her throat, fastening it behind her neck, handing the lord his leash, with a bow. He rushes over to the next girl, as the lord bends at the waist, whispering towards the redhead. “This collar will tighten if you reach the end of the leash. Do you understand?” His words carried over to the far end of the room and back, however low he ushered them. The girl stared daggers at him, defiantly, disgust and fury sharpening her features. The Lord pulls the leash, tightening the collar with a leathery sound. "I asked you a question.” Her face reddened. “Do you understand?” He pulled tighter. She quickly nodded. “Yes.” He stared coldly, not releasing his hold. “Y-Yes, Master.” He lets her go, straightening. The redhead gasps for air as the slaver brings over the second ****.
The girl's turn?
