Dead Cavern

More huts. More silence. The cavern ceiling gradually rose upwards until Nora couldn't see it in the darkness, but the echo told her it was very high. She could also feel that the floor was descending at a very subtle incline. It made her feel uneasy, especially once she noticed the bones. At first only a couple, but the further she went the more and more there were, until they completely hid the ground. There was no stench, which surprised her when she realised that, but the staleness was even more apparent than before.

"I think," she said to herself in reassurance, her hands quivering, "it's time to turn back."

The cavern continues North, and the bridge lays South.
