Norman Osborn sat in office at OsCorp, fuming at the continued self-defeatist behaviour of his Nemesis-turned-Employee of an oaf Parker. Lex snorted in disgust at the slumped posture of the "Amazing Spider-Man". Ha! 'The only thing truly Amazing about him is the way he keeps letting ten out of ten bimbos escape his grasp.' he thought to himself.

A sudden flash of light in his office startled the multi-billionaire, expecting to see some villain or hero prepared to attack him, his arm reaching out to activate his Golden Goblin Suit, only to instead to see a large book with the words 'DA RULZ' on the cover in gold lettering.

Curiosity overriding caution, Osborn picked up the book and opened it to see that the pages were blank except the first where there was a letter which read

"Dear Heir,

If you are reading this letter then you are my chosen heir and as such you are worthy enough to gain control over this book. This book is my greatest creation and it allows you to rewrite reality to your will. Any rule you write is immediately accepted and everyone's memories will change to compensate. Your own memories will change also but only you will be aware of the previous reality.

Note: you will only have this book for a 72 hour period before the book will go to the next user, so make your changes wisely as you will be stuck with them forever.

Osborn raised an eyebrow before shrugging and decided to go with it as he'd seen weirder he picked up the pen that came with the book and wrote something ridiculous to test it out. He might be reformed, but who didn't like to dream big?

As soon as he finished his sentence the room around Osborn shifted and suddenly he was sitting at the President's desk in the Oval Office in his best suit with the book before him on the desk.

Realising it worked, Osborn smirked to himself in a way very familiar to his most amused moments back when he was the Green Goblin. 'I am going to have fun with this.'
