At ward 4 you noticed most of the stuff had switched, like you were told on Friday. Only two women were the same, Rin and Dr. Jackson. The rest of the stuff was from the night-shift from last week. You didn't know them very well, as you only had seen them at the change of the shift, but they all looked nice, beautiful and busty.
Again you helped Rin taking care of your patients, bringing them meals, asking them for their condition, giving them prescribed medicine and sorting medicine. Rin let you do everything on your own.
It all was pretty normal to last week, but one thing had changed. With your new feminine hair style and make-up everyone, both stuff and patients, started to call you Alexa. At first you tried to correct them, but the next time the person spoke to you, she addressed you as Alexa again. One patient you knew from last week also asked, if you had gotten into fast puberty or had surgery. After asking why the patient would think so, she replied that you grew small breasts over the weekend. You blushed and explained that you had to wear a padded bra, not because you wanted to, but because you had no other choice.
After that you went into the staff toilet and locked the door. You looked at your reflection in the mirror and took the pads out of your bra. The empty cups still **** the uniform to have two small mounds. They also made the neckline look somehow strange, so you decided to put the pads back in. After adjusting the bra and uniform you made use of being in the toilet and touched up your make-up, like your sister had taught you. After checking you looked good enough, you left the toilet and got back to work.
The rest of the day was uneventful.

5 Minutes before 4 pm the stuff for the next shift came into ward 4. Most of the women were from last weeks morning-shift, the redhead Amanda under them.
