With nothing left to do in this chamber, Nora made her way towards the exit.

"Who said that?!" Nora looked about her frantically. She wasn't sure if she heard that, or if it was just in her head, but she felt like she was in the presence of... a great and terrible being. She felt suddenly very small, not just in this large chamber but in the general cosmic scale.

She ran.

Somehow, by some miracle, she made it back to the hub. She didn't realise or really remember for how long she ran, but by the time she stopped she felt out of breath and exhausted, as if she ran for weeks. She felt like she was guided back as if by instinct. Back in the presence of that... door.

What manner of horrible monstrosities and mysteries lay behind it? She did not know, but she was one step closer to finding out.
