Kara lays you flat on your back, still grasping your balls. She twists them sharply, and pulled Up, causing even more crippling pain. Kara says to you "I'm so very glad we did this, but it's time I went for the big finish". She locks her wrist and squeezes with all her might, no more games, just hardcore crushing.
