The gas reached the patients before the staff could react, putting on gas masks and special hazardous material suits. Given what some of the inmates could make, Arkham was one of the few instituation which ranked such precautions. As they watched on the camera system, they saw the effects of the gas on the prisoners.

On the female inmates, like Quinn and Isley, there didn't seem like much change. The changes were more apparent on the man. As the changes were happening, this shocked the staff as they tried to figure out how to avoid the fumes.

Comissioner Gordon listened to Aaron Cash, head of secruit for Arkham Asylum. The older man listened to the guard as he mentioned the gas and the changes it made. Before the escape and riot which occured by the changed patients. Jim summed up the news he had been given, "So you are saying all of the criminals were exposed to the gas, with all of the men being changed into women. Attractive women, at that. They then developed an **** need to escape, doing anything to get out."

"Correct. And given the crazy stuff which the gas did, we were more worried with exposure then collecting the crazies. After a careful investigation, we found the source of the gas being the storage. We're leaving it to you guys to solve. Me and most of the staff are going to the hospital, just in case." was Aaron's answer, as he looked to the city with the medical centres in it.

After the man left, Gordon asked seemingly no one, "What do you think?"

"I found some remains of the chemicals used in the gas in different locations. I'll see what it has done. Once you collect some of the same samples, I suggest a massive bio-hazard clean up. The build up of tech including chemicals allowed for a mix which normally wouldn't have happened. Added to that is tech with unusual properties breaking down and affecting them... we can expect something usual." answered the bat-shaped figure in the shadows. He continued, "I'm more worried about the other factors. If the chemical can cause physical changes, what mental changes could it cause? In people already mentally unstable?"
