Angela looks at you expectantly. She doesn't want to make the first move, unsure if you will think her too forward, but she obviously wants it. You, however, start to feel hesitant too. Now that you are back at her home and have seen the teenage squalor of her bedroom, you are beginning to realise that even though she looks like your angelic dream girl, Angela may be more trouble than she is worth.

Her face falls when you tell her that you have changed your mind, that you can't stay here, that you have an early start in the morning. Any number of lies spill from your mouth to try not to hurt her but you can still read in that sweet, trusting face that one question, "what did I do wrong?"

You feel a twinge of regret as you walk out of the messy house, leaving the pretty angel alone to her thoughts and heading home to your own empty home and empty life. Why didn't you kiss her? The question keeps running through your mind and you can't for the life of you work out a decent answer. All you can think of is how great this night could have gone for you, all you had to do was be decisive enough to make the first move and kiss the beauty in the skimpy costume.

You feel even worse the next morning when you get a call from Jake. Your best friend had shown none of your hesitation when taken home by Angela's friend.
