"Wow! Um... Good morning!", He said smiling back. Why did he feel shy? He caught his eyes wandering across her body and forced them back to her eyes. He decided that somehow in the night it had finally sunken in to his primate brain; no matter how much fish there was, there's still a whole lot of woman in her.

He shook off the thoughts that were budding in his imagination. Still not human, he reminded himself. "So...how much did you learn?", he asked more to get his mind off of the intruding thoughts.

She responded by showing him her place in the dictionary she'd found.

"Wow! That far in. You guys really do learn fast, don't you..."

Her spots faded into white and blue. "We hävv to. So small time to raddy all Nove." Her voice vibrated with every syllable, like a collection of humming sat behind her words.

Nove? That piqued his interest. "What is 'Nove'?"

White waved across her entire body and she opened her arms.

"What?", he stared in confusion.

She pointed her open palms at him. It kind of looked like she wanted a hug. "Earth.", she said before moving her palms touched her chest. "Nove."

He turned his seat to face her. "You named your planet 'Nove'?"

Her spots waved a dull grey, "No. We name Okkritkkrezzu.", James blinked at the series of clicks and guttural buzzing. Briefly, he wondered how her throat made those sounds when her tongue so clearly sat still in her mouth. "Earth name Nove. Name sitizensz Novaxan."

"Wait... We named it that? Why?", he scooted closer in his seat.

Her spots flickered white. "Sztrange kreaturesz, Earth."

He'd just been about to ask another question when his phone rang. Lee's number seemed much more imposing than usual. He pushed his lips. "That's my boss..."

She flickered white and yellow, and put her hands over her mouth. James picked up the phone and took a deep breath before answering.
