"No? But why not?"

The girl removed her pacifier from her mouth.

"I would usually eat before mommy changed me, to save on diapies," Rapunzel answer before putting the pacifier back into her mouth.

"But wouldn't you like to feel clean and refreshed before we fill your empty tummy?"

Rapunzel shook her head 'no'.

"Well alright then. I'll change you later then." She placed her hand on the front of Rapunzel's diaper again. "It's only a little wet anyway."

She placed Rapunzel on the highchair next to Anna, locking it in place.

Rapunzel was the princess of the Germanic kingdom of Corona. Her mother Queen Primrose was the sister of Elsa and Anna's deceased mother Queen Iduna, and thus has close ties to Arendelle. Rapunzel would often visit her cousins on diplomatic errands and was welcomed every time. She just had this natural magnetism that made everyone like her.

When Rapunzel was kidnapped by Gothel, Primrose missed out on a majority of Rapunzel's childhood. After Eugene joined the royal navy, Primrose and Rapunzel would spend time together, and eventually began to play the part of "mommy" and "baby" in secret.
