I lay there for several moments in a daze. I felt slightly sore but I was just glad no one was there to witness that.

I slowly got back on my feet. I looked around and still didn't see anyone. I guessed I had the place to myself. If anyone was home surely they would have heard me fall.

I decided not to bother putting my towel back on and strode into the kitchen naked.
