The Heroine thrashed wildly as the mechanical arms descended upon her. Was this the end? Was she really going to become a plant monster like her captor. As one of the arms with a knife moved to make an incision only for it push uselessly against her skin before snapping off completely. The Heroine's eyes snapped open. Looking down at her body, she realized that the mechanical arms where all failing to do anything to her. Of course, Green Thumb had not removed her magic belt which meant she was industructable. There was nothing these arms could do while she was wearing it.

That meant she was safe but she was still bound and when Green Thumb came back, he might examine her and figure out what was protecting her from his experiments. She had to escape. As she had these thoughts a small bone saw descended towards the heroine. Doing as best she could, she strained to get the strap holding her to the chair in it's path. As the saw cut through the strap, she bent over and had the saw cut through the ropes tied around her wrist. With her hands free, it was just a matter of yanking one of the of sharp tools off the machine and cut the rest of her bonds. As she stood next to the machine, she pulled the gag from her lips. Defender couldn't help but laugh at the situation. She had been so terrified that she forget she was indestructible. Now it was time to bring Green Thumb down for good. However, he had gotten the better of her twice now. There was nothing to suggest that he wouldn't do it again. Perhaps instead of seeking him out, she should just wait for him to come back. Then again, maybe she should make her escape and gather reinforcements.
