(Although Stanley gave his Makuhita a Full Restoration potion, it still wasn't enough, for you still defeated that Pokemon)
He says nothing and gives you $1800 for winning before leaving the site.
(He actually does say something in the game, he says something like "Makuhita! Don't sleep, too!". It's kinda weird, to be honest)
