No one is there

Alexa looked around, confused. The daycare was empty. No one seemed to be there as she entered. It was also rather dark and hard to see. Alexa looked around for a light switch or someone to meet her. “Hello?” Alexa called out again, nibbling her bottom lip.

Alexa squirmed she hadn’t exactly had time to go to the bathroom when she left her home for the interview, so her bladder was pretty full especially from drinking all that water before hand from nervousness. And now Alexa couldn’t even find the person who was supposed to interview her. She thought. “Well, maybe I can find the bathroom while I wait? Don’t want to pee myself. That would be so embarrassing.”

Alexa looked around, still unable to find a light switch, but she could see enough in the dark as she made her way around the main room.
