No but someone else shows up

"Hey, Carter you in there man?" A voice shouted while banging on the door. Tree quickly opened her eyes and sat up in Carter's bed. Someone was trying to come in.

"Come on dude we need to borrow your laptop. You owe us that remember!" The voice yelled.

"I don't think he's in there man," a different voice spoke out, "come on let's go."

'Please do,' Tree whispered to herself as she slowly wrapped the bedsheets around herself just in case.

"No way," the first voice said, "we need that computer for the project. I'll go talk to the head resident. He's definitely got a key."

"Alright hope you're right." The second voice said. Two sets of footsteps could be heard walking away. When they could no longer be heard Tree jumped out of the bed. Wearing the bedsheets like a toga. She scrambled around the room looking for a place to hide.

She tried to crawl under the bed but there wasn't even enough room for her head. She then tried the closet but it was filled with so many boxes with pointed edges that poked and pricked at her barely clothed body. Finally, she tried to move Carter's dresser to create a crawlspace she could hide behind but found the thing too heavy to move. Tree sat back down on the bed and tried to think, rubbing her temples with her fingers.

"Maybe I'm panicking for nothing," Tree tried to convince herself. "Maybe they won't even find the head resident!"

"Thanks for helping us with this head resident," a voice said outside causing Tree's heart to sink all the way to the pinky toe.

"As long as Carter says it's ok, it's fine with me," the head resident replied, "now if I can just find the right key."

Tree stood back up and began looking around frantically. She couldn't stand being caught here. Streaking was bad enough, but being seen naked in some dweebs dorm room. She'd be kicked out of the sorority for sure. Tree desperately looked for any means to hide. Any means to escape. Finally, her eyes settled on the window. Carter's room was on the first floor and outside was a wall of shrubbery she could hide behind so no one could see her. Tree didn't want to go out naked again but, so long as she left the window open, it would only be for a second. Tree quickly opened up the window and climbed into the window seal.

However, as she did Tree felt the pressure on her chest vanish. She looked back in horror to realize her sheet had fallen off. She yelped then jumped down to pick it back up only to realize something that had slipped her attention this whole time. The blanket was tied to the bedframe! She had no idea why, but this meant she couldn't take the sheet with her outside.

"Here it is," the Head resident said followed by the sound of a key entering a lock. Tree was out of time. She could either wrap the thin sheets around naked form and try to explain her situation to a bunch of, likely horny, 19-year-olds or she could dive out that window butt naked and hope for the best.
