No, you fail at the final hurdle!

Buoyed by your realisation, you ignore the storm of bursting bubbles beside your every landing and jump towards the far shore!

Unfortunately in your haste you didn't realise that the splattering rubber had coated your feet in a smooth and slippery glove, causing you to slip!

"Eek!" you yelp as you land in the churning boil of rubber, instantly you fall down and feel the liquefied rubber all around you, it's warm and thick, and fortunately for you, is shallow enough for you to touch the bottom with your toes while your able to keep your head out.

The bubbles keep emanating from under the bottom and burst all around you, showering you in a rain of molten rubber that soaks your hair, head and face completely.

You struggle and scramble to grasp the side of the bank of the swamp and slowly pull yourself out, made much harder than usual as your haul out gallons of the rubber with you.

But you make it, and slowly crawl out and collapse onto the ground a meter from the edge. All the rubber that you pulled with you slowly moves itself onto your body, thickening the coating you had on you before and congeals into a large mass.

Regaining your breath takes a lot longer than usual, and you can barely comprehend what is going on.

Slowly the liquefied rubber gathers around your body and limbs evenly, and even forces itself between your body and the ground.

You get up slowly, to your feet and look down and scream in horror!
