Not believing her threat You quickly turn tail and run in the opposite direction, ducking into an alley way on the way. After about a minute you feel like your testicles are about to explode and have to slow down to assess the pain.
Looking at your balls your realise it was no idle threat, the band she placed around your sack has tightened to such a degree you can see the veins bulging on your testicles, the twin orbs glowing an angry red as the life is squeezed out of them.
Slowing down further in pain you trip and hear a sickening “SNICHT” followed by a soft thud of something hitting the floor behind you. Cautiously you take a peak between your legs and see a neat little sack on the floor containing two testicles, a small band resting at the top keeping them held in, you collapse and just sit there staring at your ex manhood.
Eventually you regain focus as a figure slithers into view, you recognise her as the snake woman and she grins wickedly at you as she slithers over to your sack, plucking it off the floor and examining it before her face. “”Hmm, not the way I wanted to acquire these specimens but it’ll have to do, thanks for the donation!”
She laughs and begins slithering away, you can only watch as she disappears around the corner, your testicles bouncing off her hips from the belt she attached them to.
