After a long time in jail the court case went through.

The problem was there was no proof that the mother and daughter pair streaked on purpose. The proof Candice supplied actually got her in trouble along with her friends. For one when they "captured" the streakers not only did they not give them any clothes to cover up with, they paraded them down the street. Secondly, the pictures they took were without permission.

What got the mother and daughter off was the video footage of Jessiaca's dress being ripped off by the elevator. Showing that it was a wordrobe malfunction.

The many people who took pictures were banned from social media. Then the ones taken by people who didn't post them were sued by the mother and daughter pair for taking the pictures.

However, Jessica wasnt satisfied the only reason her identity had been exposed was because of Candice. Luckily she noticed something the pictures showed that Candice 'captured' her outside her house preventing her from going inside to get dressed.
