No, not interested

It was a lovely evening. Cadance loved being the center of attention. She always had. She made an excellent princess. Vivacious, charming, lively. The food was excellent, the music wonderful, her husband obviously quite proud of his perfect wife.

There was no real business to take care of, but Cadance's presence let the visitors know that the Crystal Empire took things seriously. The princess exchanged pleasantries with old friends and diplomatic acquaintances with a smile on her face.

As the evening wound down and the royal couple was expected to leave - it was bad form for the royals to stay to the end, after all, since it kept a bit of a damper on things - Shining Armor caught Cadance's eye as they left the ball raising an eyebrow at his wife.
