Do you realize that the app is changing you?
No, and it’s time for dinner
Just like the last time, you don’t notice any of these changes, not yet at least. But it’s starting to get late, and you’re feeling hungry, so you decide to knock out two birds with one stone and make dinner.
It’s not like you never cook, but you’d be lying if you claimed to cook more than you order takeout. Still, you went grocery shopping recently, so you’ve got all you need to make something delicious!
For a second, your eyes fall on a back of ground beef, thinking about how you could make yourself a delicious burger, maybe with some fries to go with it. But then you remember what that article in Cosmo said about the best ways to stay healthy. You’ve probably been eating too much red meat, so your eyes fall on a pack of chicken breasts near the beef, and realize you can make chicken sandwiches instead! That’s healthier, right?
Before long you’re slicing the breast in two, so it can pan-fry easier, seasoning it generously, then getting it cooking. While that’s going, you go back to the idea of the fries. They still sound good...but then you remember you have some salad in the fridge. That’s less cooking, and better for you.
That is how, in under half an hour, you find yourself sitting in your living room, plate on your coffee table, eating an amazing chicken sandwich before then scarfing down the salad, too. You did pretty damn good, and you go back to the app and select that you finished the Task with pride.

You roll your eyes at the idea that somehow making your own food makes you less manly, but you don’t mind either. You’re actually more happy that it recognizes your Discipline in choosing the healthier meal, once again failing to consider how exactly the app knew about that.
Unbeknownst to you, the changes are making themselves apparent once more. Even if you were standing in a mirror, watching as they happened, you’re not sure if you could say for sure what changed. It’s a million tiny things, from all over your body, but when they’re done, you look completely androgynous. The only thing making you a man at this point is the equipment between your legs, and even that looks oddly more feminine than it did before.
It’s getting late, but you still have enough time to do at least one more Task before bed. The only question is, which one will it be?
