No! Delivery failed!

Randy was shocked to have his mind control email returned to him. This did not concern him the first time, but after repeated attempts to re-send had failed, he began to wonder what was wrong. He double-checked Anna's email addy and saw that he had typed it correctly. So what could be causing the problem?

Little did Randy know that his personally-coded mind control program wasn't a secret unto himself. There was another out there, one whose programming prowess rivaled his own, but did not quite possess the knowledge to create a full-fledged executable, as Randy had already done. Until a working program could be produced, or STOLEN, this clandestine rival would have to content himself with sabotaging Randy's attempts at testing his masterpiece.

"What's wrong with this thing??" exclaimed Randy. Though his internet access was unperturbed, he was simply unable to send any emails to anyone. Unbeknownst to him, his unseen adversary laughed mischieviously, and prepared a slew of cyber attacks to come.
