Next day

The next morning we woke up, had breakfast and headed back home so that Emily could go to work. Maria and I arrived home and unpacked our stuff before getting ourselves ready. Maria mentioned that she wanted to buy some sunglasses as she had broken her old ones. However, it was a really hot day and we didn’t really feel like walking round town in this heat so we decided to go to the beach one more time and on the way we would stop to buy some sunglasses and have some lunch. We got our stuff ready and jumped in the car to head off to a suburb of Rome that had some nice shops and cafes.

On the way Maria started telling me about her love life of late. She had had a boyfriend for a few years but they broke up a few months ago after drifting apart. I never sensed that she was that into him so it was not a big surprise. She told me that after they broke up she had decided that she wanted kids at some point in the future but also wanted to fuck around a bit and have some fun. So she decided to get onto Tinder and play the scene a bit. She detailed a few of the dates that she had had and how they ended up in sex followed by little interest from either side.
