Fixed bug from the previous update that occurred with empty savegames.

Fixed the option "previous chapter" in Conditional Branch stories: Now, the Score gets set back to the value the reader had when he visited the previous chapter regardless of links and loops. (The number of backsteps is currently limited to 10 chapters; a link chapter counts as an additional chapter)

Fixed the option "Show online status": If deactivated, the online status is now "In another dimension" (Moderators can see the online status regardless of the setting.)
