"Oh my gosh, yes...!" Kelsey exclaimed and went on and on about all the new anime she was into.

Courtney was actually interested in some of them which actually sounded pretty neat, but she was more glad that was too busy going over the different anime to be looking over her.

While the two unpacked the girls exchanged different favorites, be it movies, cartoons, video games, and everything in between. Kelsey was thrilled that the two had so much in common.

But there was one bit of information that Kelsey hesitated to divulge. Namely that she was a lesbian. She had tried going out with a guy or two at her old high school, but she just couldn't honestly say that she liked it. They were cool guys to be around and she still remained friends with the two of them, but for her there was no romance.

"I'm really into cosplaying by the way, that's why I was like looking at you so much earlier, to see what characters you could be able to pull off." Kelsey explained once all her stuff was unpacked. She really didn't want her roommate to think she was weird on her first day. Well, weirder than the geeky half-Korean closested lesbian already was.

"Ooooh." Courtney said, understanding "Cool. Any in particular you think I'd be good as?"

"Samus, maybe Wonder Woman, tons of stuff really." Kelsey listed. Courtney giggled which turned into a small snort, something that she disliked about herself among many other things. There's no way she'd be able to pull off such toned badass bombshells as Samus and Wonder Woman. "You're kidding."

"No, I'm serious!" Kelsey insisted. "That's why I love cosplay so much. Your race, body size, gender, none of that matters just so long as you love the character and having fun." She explained, beaming.
