As soon as Betty reached for her top to flash him, Batman reached for his utility belt, which Betty didn't see due to his cape. By the time she had her top open, Batman threw two pellets, one at Betty, one at Tim. The one at Betty hit her chest, covering it in a quick drying paint that would cover her chest and make it so she couldn't hypnotise anyone, the one he threw at Tim was a rubber latex that would cover enough of his body so he couldn't fight. "Don't expect me not to know about the latest threats in Gotham. Betty Christenson, former Miss USA who had her title removed after you claimed Japan was a state. You have superstrength, knowledge of martial arts and of course, the ability to hypnotise people with your breasts which only works when they're uncovered. Batman said standing there, Betty just listening to him, "Also if you're wondering why I stopped for this little rant, it's because by now that paint is dry and not coming for about 24 hours reguardless of how much you try, so you can come willingly, or you can come the hard way."

"I like doing it hard." Betty said smirking before finally decided to attack Batman. As she made a lunge for him, he dodged, and even when she could touch him, he managed to hit her away. After several minutes, she stopped, realizing this wasn't getting anywhere. Betty retreated with her new boytoy to figure out a way to stop him. Unfortunately for her, she couldn't access the batcave because Batman had changed the codes since he saw the tape of Betty getting into the mansion and what Tim revealed. He knew she wouldn't reveal his true identity because then it'd be impossible for her to use him to her advantage. Also he had informed every high profile, high authority, and hero contact he had and informed them of her, making Betty's job all that more difficult.
