Near Arrest

Unluckily for Max there was a cruiser just down the block so the responsive time was next to nil. Pulling up the squad car was manned by a female and male officer. It's the male officer than comes over first, "What seems to be the problem Madame?"

"A strange man just fell out of my daughter's bedroom window" she points at the flower bush "He's still behind the bush officer!" The officer comes around the bush to find Max still disorientated from the fall

"Well sir what do you have to say for yourself?" the officer helps Max to his feet. "Did you just comes from her daughter's bedroom window?"

"He did officer and I know why so if I can explain!" Olivia makes her presences known. First she turns to me "Max are you all right?"

"Yeah there's only one of you talking to me where as there was two earlier!"

"Ah Miss care to tell us what's going on here?" the female officer asks Olivia

"Well officer Max and myself spent the night together!" Her mother is shocked at that "Then I got a call from my mother that she was coming over, not wanting to explain my actions to her I asked Max to make his exit but mother got here before he left and the rest you already know!"

The male officer turns to me "Sir do you need medical assistance?"

Max replies that he 's alright and if it was alright he just wants to go home. The officers concur and let him leave under his own power. Meanwhile Olivia is being talked to by her mother looks up to Max as he mimes being hung then smiles and mimes call me.
