Natasha wakes up
I don't know how long i was ****. Days? weeks? years? For me it was a brief instant of darkness. Then I awoke, feeling sore and thirsty. I opened my eyes, wincing at the lights. I was in a room, definitely not the office I had been **** at. This room was painted pink, Everything in it pink and plastic, lined with frilly plastic. There were toys scattered on every shelf: my little pony figures and stuffed animals. Definitely a young girls room.
Slowly I sat up. My head was throbbing. I put my feet to the ground and stood. I had to get my bearings, get it together. I started to the door but froze when I saw my image reflected in the mirror
What? what had happened to my clothes? instead of my skin tight leather I was wearing a dress. Not just a dress, a school girl dress! Was this some kind of sick joke? I looked down at the white blouse over my torso, which was topped with a red bow. Below that I was wearing a plaid skirt, knee high stripped socks and Mary Janes! No wonder I tripped in these plastic, ill fitting slip on shoes! The skirt was way too short, stopping inches above my knees. Out of curiosity I flipped the skirt up. Instead of my Normal Red thong (matches my hair) I was wearing hideous cotton panties! They were a nightmare, yellow with the day of the week across the butt. I wouldn't have been caught dead in them when I was twelve, I certainly wouldn't wear them now!
Looking closely I saw another detail: someone had straightened my hair! I normally liked to keep it wavy, with lots of texture. Now it hung flat and lifeless. What was going on? Did this have something to do with my resignation?
Obviously this was some sick prank. I didn't know what it was about, but I was going to find out! I ran out the door as fast as those stupid too tight shoes would allow. Outside I surveyed the area. I definitely wasn't in Washington D.C. anymore. I was in some tiny town surrounded by trees. In the distance i could see the ocean. Where was I? The town didn't look familiar at all. All the houses were strange, old time buildings. The street was cobblestone, not concrete. I headed in a random direction. There were a few people scattered around, riding bicycles or just standing around. I felt silly, dressed in this dumb outfit. It might have just been paranoia, but it kind of felt like everyone was staring at me.
