Nah, it’s too risky

Standing here and looking in was already risky as it was. Her reputation would be ruined if anyone caught her staring. If Jason just so happened to turn around and see his ex-girlfriend peeking in on him, the consequences would be unthinkable. Besides, if she stayed any longer, she’d really be late for school!

With those reasons in mind, Jade finally stepped away from the van (albeit reluctantly), and continued on her way to school, doing her best to try and ignore what she had just seen, which wasn’t easy considering how wet she had gotten.
