Motor Ed

Drakken's cousin, Ed Lipsky, is not a world class villain. He likes a fast ride, both in vehicles and women. He'll steal classic vehicles for joy rides, customize vehicles, and wants a pretty babe by his side as he goes cruising. He is infatuated with Shego, who finds him too stupid to bother with. A large man with a mullet hair style, biceps like volleyballs, who likes to play air guitar and has a seriously parodied habit of saying seriously... Seriously. He mostly finds Kim a pain in the rear for stopping his plans. And once, after borrowing a hypno-ray from Drakken and taking Kim for a ride in his pimped out car he took her for a ride in the back seat and Kim found him a major pain in the ass... Seriously.

Hard to imagine a girl with any intelligence falling for this guy, but someone with little intelligence might fall for the strong Neanderthal type.
