The good doctor wipes your shitty face while the nurse is out getting more bowel heavy women to feed you. It's not long before you hear the women talking and growing closer. The door opens with a bang and a black woman says, "Where's the white boy I can shit on?"

Your heart sinks knowing they enjoy this way to much. The black woman is thick bodied and you know she is going to have a lot to give you. Beside her are two hispanic women jabbering in broken english. The doctor had given her instructions and pretty much opened you up to untold suffering.

"Who's first?"

"Me!" The black woman screams and begins rushing out of her clothes. Her climb up the steps sounds heavy. She kickes you in your side and it feels like her foot will go right through you. The pain feels like it cracked a rib. Then she puts a foot on the the other side of you to have her large round sweaty ass facing in your direction. Soon, what you dread is happening as her ass lowers and the unwashed smell is making you tear up. Her dark ass crack opens to swallow your face.

"Not too low dear. He needs to be able to chew."

The black woman ignores the doctor and mashes her nasty asshole over your mouth and nose, cutting off your oxygen supply. You can hear her strain and soon a small tree size turd is **** into you mouth. With her heavy weight on your face, it is not allowing much room in you mouth for all of her shit and is forcing some down your throat. You can't chew or close you mouth to swallow. You may die like this if her ass crack does not move and allow you to breath.

"Please honey. You need to lift up a bit, ok?"

The sweaty ass is lifted and you chew and swallow and dread the next turd you see oozing out of her asshole. The funk you smell is so awful as well as the nasty taste of shit on your tongue. The next turd drops in you mouth while you are still chewing her first one.
