Johanna had become an exemplary nurse, giving her patients exceptional care of her hands, breasts and mouth. She had begun to enjoy the attentions of as many as three patients a day, and it had become her daily norm to fulfil the doctor's wishes. One day the doctor called her into his office. Johanna was enchanted by his touch, it felt so calming, and before she realised, the doctor was injecting her with his powerful concoction.
