You continue downtown. You see a young woman in white shorts, a loose-fitting black tee and a black hat.

"Excuse me, miss," you say, but hats like that are illegal. You should be wearing your panties as a hat, and white shorts are also illegal. Remove your shorts, put your panties on your head, and stay like that for the rest of the day, so you're not in trouble."

She puts her hat ands shorts in her purse and puts her panties on her head, thanks you again, and heads on her way.

You turn on another street and see a woman dressed similarly.

You convince her of the same thing as the other, and soon, she's naked below the waist and has her panties on her head. You also convince her that if she's naked below the waist and wearing shoes with laces, she has to tie her shoe laces together and keep them like that until she gets home.

She believes you and hobbles off very slowly.
