The best choice would be his mother. His eyes turned to her, noticing the sizeable portions she gave herself. Was the extra food going to her tits?

Still, he needed to plan. He chewed on that as he ate, allowing his mother and sister to lead the conversation.

At the end of dinner, he moved to grab the dishes.

"You don't have to do that sweetie," his mother said.

"I don't mind helping." He gave her a look. "You deserve to relax more."

Perfect. The seed was planted. His mother reluctantly let him help, moving to put the rest of the food away.

"You know, mom, I read about something in my psyche class." Her head perked up. "Guided relaxation. Meditation. It's supposed to be a way to get into deep relaxation and handle stress."

She nodded to let him know she understood.

"If you want, I can try it out some time with you."

He felt a kiss on his cheek. "Thanks, sweetie. I don't see why not."

He grinned back. Perfect.
